Yes. There has actually been a few more eggs! The egg in the pictures was laid this last Sunday. Another was laid the Tuesday following and then one today. The 2 eggs laid before today the parents got at and are now gone. The one today is still in the cage. Time will tell weather the mother will decide if she is going to sit on the egg or not.
Will there be more babies or is it just eggs to keep us guessing!

There is that possibility of more birds. The mommy hasn't sat on this egg very much yet so maybe nothing will come of it. I'd have to find a good home for these 2 babies before more come along otherwise it would be crowded. Nature may take care of itself in the mommy not sitting on anymore eggs.
Will there be more bird cages and will Christine soon move to a larger house to accomodate her growing brood is the question! Ha!

hee hee! That is the question Gwen! The third egg that was laid since Sunday has now been broken too! I stepped away from the cage for a little while and when I got back the last egg had been broken. Nature has taken its coarse so for now we remain "just 4 of us!" Smile!
Any more birdies yet? Is the mother bird still sitting on the new eggs?...
